Hi, I’m Menchie Suarez-Tacata — a proud mom, Grandma, and a woman who’s worn many hats in life. I’ve been a Caregiver, an Accounting Coordinator, a Practical Nursing student, and an Optometric Technician — and before all of that, a Store Manager for a Chinese fast food chain back home in the Philippines.
Eventually, I found my purpose as a life insurance professional and entrepreneur, with one mission:
To help hardworking people — especially immigrants and small business owners — stop making blind financial decisions and start building lives with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
For the past decade, I’ve been helping immigrant families, small business owners, and anyone who wants to make smarter, purpose-driven financial decisions — without all the jargon.

Why? Because I’ve been there.
When you're new to a country — no family, no roadmap, just dreams and survival instincts — you rely on whoever’s around. You meet someone who says, “Do this, it’s good,” so you do it. Then someone else says, “No, do this instead,” and you change direction again. And again.
That was my life.
I kept following advice without understanding the why. No one explained the pros and cons. No one broke things down in a way that made sense. I wasted years. I wasted money. And deep down, I felt lost.
It wasn’t until ten years later — when I finally learned how money really works — that everything clicked.
And I made a promise:
I won’t let others — especially immigrants and entrepreneurs like me — go through that same confusion.
